spacious room stylish room mall access helpful staff
The room was spacious and stylish. I found the bed and pillows very comfortable. The location connects directly to the mall which allowed easy access to shops. The reception staff (I was very impressed) were helpful and friendly.
The gym equipment was slightly outdated.

attentive manager convenient location useful shuttle complimentary water
ms sharouk really stands out for being attentive and helpful . the location is convenient near the airport and connected to a shopping mall with varied shops. the shuttle service to the airport was useful given its timings aligned with my flight schedule. i found a kettle with complimentary water tea coffee and sugar which enhanced the convenience of the stay
the pillows provided were unfortunately too high leading to some discomfort and a stiff neck

perfect room great view convenient location
i only stayed one night, but i loved the decor. the room was perfect. i had a great view. it's so convenient since it is right inside the mall.
the breakfast options felt slightly limited for vegetarians.
